Intercultural communication is the verbal and non-verbal interaction between people from different cultural backgrounds. In this assignment, write about an intercultural communication experience you have had at University either in academic group work involving your peers or in relation to a faculty or staff member.
Your writing should include a brief description of the experience and who was involved (group of peers or faculty/staff member) and answer the following questions:
- In what ways was this experience different from and/or similar to other intercultural experiences you have had in the past? What did you learn about interacting in an academic setting with groups of your peers or faculty/staff members?
